Spratt is the million dollar man according to roll call. Spratt has an estimated net worth of 7.50 million dollars in the bank. Spratt came in at number 36 on the list, not too bad with there being almost 500 members of congress. The list was topped by Senator and former presidential candidate John Kerry with just under 231 million in the bank.
Spratt’s 800 acre piece of land in Fort Mill rose in value from 1 million to at least 5 million. . The increase in value increased his personal worth by 141% from last year’s numbers. His other assets include rental properties in Washington D.C. and South Carolina. Unlike some other members of congress, Spratt pays his taxes.

Good for him, as long as he pays his taxes and did not do anything shady to get the land and make the money.

Being in congress seems to pay off. I wish I had 7.5 mil in the bank while tanking our economy at the same time. Way to go John!
