In what turned out to be a two to one thumping, Glenn McCall defeated Drew McKissick to become the next Committeeman to the RNC from South Carolina. The votes were roughly 400-200. Yes we know that there were only 576.5 votes at convention, but we have received a few different totals and decided to make it simple. Another convention highlight was Rick Beltram being booed by the entire convention and even a few from his own county joined in. To top it off Beltram, who thinks he will be state chairman after Katon could not even win an alternate spot for national convention. Over all a good day for the SCGOP.
